We are looking for an experienced **CRM Manager** to manage post\-sales operations and customer relationship management for a leading real estate developer. The role involves handling customer queries, collections coordination, possession process, documentation, CRM software, customer retention, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buyer journey.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end post\-sales customer relationship management.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, complaints, and service requests.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, accounts, projects, and construction teams.
• Ensure timely agreement execution, documentation, demand letters, collections, and payment follow\-ups.
• Manage possession, handover, registration, and customer onboarding.
• Maintain customer database, CRM software, MIS reports, and customer records.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
• Track customer lifecycle, TAT, SLA, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with RERA timelines and company policies.
• Lead the CRM team and improve customer experience processes.
