• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry to manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee post\-sales activities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the complete customer relationship process from booking to handover.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Accounts, and other departments.
• Monitor payment follow\-ups, agreements, registration, and documentation.
• Oversee possession, handover, and post\-handover activities.
• Develop and maintain effective CRM processes and customer service standards.
• Lead and manage the CRM team and monitor their performance.
• Maintain customer databases and generate periodic MIS reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.

• *Qualifications \& Experience:**

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong experience in handling customer relationships in residential projects.
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
