- *Key Responsibilities Student Lifecycle CRM Architecture**
- Manage and optimize EdTech\-specific CRMs like ExtraEdge alongside Zoho and PeopleSoft.
- Build custom workflows for student admissions, course enrollment, and retention.
- Map the complete student journey from initial lead enquiry to alumni status.
- Integrate CRMs with learning management systems (LMS), website landing pages, and payment gateways.
- Ensure data hygiene by purging duplicate student records and outdated leads.
- *Enrollment Marketing \& Automation**
- Design automated nurture journeys for prospective students to boost application rates.
- Segment student databases by course interest, academic background, and geographic location.
- Deploy multi\-channel marketing campaigns using WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Run A/B tests on email subject lines, templates, and call\-to\-action buttons.
- Minimize lead leakage by optimizing immediate auto\-responses to course enquiries.
- *Analytics \& Performance Tracking**
- Create real\-time dashboards to track lead\-to\-enrollment conversion rates.
- Monitor counselor productivity and lead distribution efficiency.
- Report weekly on campaign return on investment (ROI) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications Technical Proficiency**
- **ExtraEdge**: Expert knowledge of admissions automation, lead allocation, and counselor tracking.
- **Zoho**: Mastery of Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and workflow automation.
- **PeopleSoft**: Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or student administration modules.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with EdTech marketing tools, Zapier integrations, and WhatsApp APIs.
- Deep understanding of the EdTech student acquisition funnel.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret student enrollment data.
- Excellent communication skills to train admissions counselors on CRM usage.
