We are seeking a highly skilled and hands\-on CRM Solution Engineer to support the migration of customer journeys from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Hightouch Customer Studio (CDP). This is a delivery\-focused role requiring strong technical expertise in CRM operations, campaign execution, data integrations, and marketing automation.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Journey Execution
- Configure, manage, and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) environments.
- Build, maintain, and optimize customer journeys within Hightouch Customer Studio (CDP).
- Develop and manage automated workflows, triggered communications, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Support campaign execution across email and other CRM channels with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure seamless migration of customer journeys from SFMC to the CDP ecosystem.
Data Integration \& Enablement
- Support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Snowflake, and other enterprise data sources.
- Create and manage:
- Data Extensions
- SQL Queries
- Automation Workflows
- Segmentation Logic
- Monitor and troubleshoot data synchronization issues, automation failures, and journey execution errors.
- Ensure data consistency and quality across CRM and CDP platforms.
Operational Support \& Optimization
- Monitor CRM campaigns, journeys, automations, and scheduled jobs to ensure timely execution.
- Perform campaign quality assurance (QA), deliverability checks, and production validations.
- Support release management and deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and reusable solutions.
- Maintain documentation and operational procedures.
Collaboration \& Delivery
- Work closely with CRM, CDP, Data Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow established delivery processes.
- Provide clear documentation, knowledge transfer, and support materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the CRM and marketing technology ecosystem.
Required Skills \& ExperienceCRM \& Marketing Automation
- 8\+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 3\+ years of hands\-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in:
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Email Studio
- Contact Builder
- Data Extensions
- Audience Segmentation
- Experience managing customer lifecycle campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
Data \& Integration
- Strong understanding of CRM data models and contact management frameworks.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with:
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Cloud Data Warehouses
- Enterprise Data Sources
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and campaign enablement.
- Experience troubleshooting integration and data flow issues.
Platform \& Operations
- Experience supporting campaign deployments in production environments.
- Strong understanding of campaign QA, deliverability, and operational governance.
- Ability to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal onboarding.
- Experience working in fast\-paced, delivery\-focused environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hightouch Customer Studio or other leading Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Hands\-on experience with Snowflake.

- Previous experience working as a contractor, consultant, or vendor supporting enterprise MarTech environments.
