This is a high\-impact leadership role for an experienced CRM professional who thrives at the intersection of
strategy, technology, and commercial growth. As AVP of CRM Strategy \& Solutioning, you will lead enterprise
client engagements, win competitive RFPs, and architect best\-in\-class CRM and MarTech solutions —
positioning Dentsu as the customer engagement partner of choice in the market.
The Impact You Will Drive
You will own the CRM growth agenda across Dentsu’s enterprise market portfolio — leading transformative
engagements, winning competitive bids, and delivering strategies that move the needle on customer
acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. This role demands an equal command of executive storytelling and
hands\-on platform expertise across the modern CDP and CEP landscape.
Success here means building a pipeline of high\-value CRM engagements, expanding existing client
relationships, and consistently outperforming the competition in enterprise procurement processes.

Cloud (SFMC), Braze, and/or Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Campaign
equivalent — and their role in enterprise customer data architectures
frameworks, and cross\-channel journey orchestration
warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), and identity resolution tools
simplify complex concepts for non\-technical audiences

portfolio, and key internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, and

growth opportunities within the Dentsu Market portfolio; complete a client
landscape analysis
90 Days Deliver first CRM strategy engagement or discovery workshop; present a
12\-month CRM practice growth plan to senior leadership
