The Lead Cross Functional Services Coordinator has signification administration experience, required to ensure consistent delivery of Cross Functional Services.

The scope of the role focuses on owning the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) administrative function(s).

This role works to ensure Service Excellence is achieved consistently by meeting the required quality standards in terms of Ticket Management, Timely Reporting and execution of administrative tasks across Cross Functional Services.

The Lead Cross Functional Services Coordinator ensures that all assigned tasks are completed within the agreed deadline or escalated appropriately. **Key responsibilities:*** Ensures close collaboration, coordination and synchronization with Operational Team Leads/Delivery Teams for ITIL process(es) reporting.

• Follows guided instructions in running reports in ServiceNow and other similar tools.
• Accountable to ensure all ITIL Activities are tracked to completion and reported on periodic basis.
• Generates periodic reports on the status of tickets which require tracking and follow up.
• Reviews low priority Changes based on checklist or document to ensure alignment.
• Supports with daily, weekly monthly and periodic reports on the agreed metrics.
• Helps in making callouts to the required engineers, open bridge calls, capture chronology in the Flow tool and Service Now instance.
• Helps with post Major Incident/Incident activities like raising a Problem ticket, Permanent Corrective Actions (PCA) and follow up on RCA and PCA closures.
• Helps to achieve SLA through timely follow ups and SLAs reporting.
• Executes administrative tasks in assisting with various ITIL processes.
• Performs any other related task as required.

• *Academic qualifications and certifications:*** Completion of a high school diploma and working towards a bachelor's degree in information technology preferable.
• Completion of an ITIL certification or working towards completion of an ITIL certification is preferable.
• *Required experience:*** Significant demonstrated experience in Information Technology administration / coordination.
• Signification experience gained in an administration type role within an Information Technology Service Operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience working within a Service Desk/NOC.
