• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a sincere and enthusiastic CS Trainee who wants to gain practical exposure in Company Law, MCA compliances, secretarial work, Corporate Governance, accounting and taxation.

The candidate will work closely with our team and assist in handling compliance assignments for various Private Limited Companies, LLPs and other corporate clients across different compliance areas.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handling and maintenance of books of accounts.
• Indirect Tax: Preparation and filing of GST returns and related compliances.
• Direct Tax: Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) and assistance in handling notices and related matter.
• Company Law and Secretarial: Handling company law\-related compliances, MCA form filing, preparation and maintenance of minute books and statutory registers, company incorporation, and other secretarial services.

• *Candidate Profile**

• CS Executive / CS Professional student pursuing training.
• Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and MCA compliances.
• Good drafting and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and the MCA portal will be preferred.
• Willingness to learn and independently handle assignments with proper guidance.
