CSA - Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well\-spoken **Customer Service Associate (Telecaller)** to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote diagnostic services, generate customer enquiries, schedule appointments and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective patients.

• *Key Responsibilities :\-**

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote diagnostic tests, health check\-up packages, and special offers.
• Attend incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Explain available diagnostic services, test packages, pricing and promotional offers.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, health check\-up bookings and pending enquiries.
• Generate new leads and convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Contact existing customers for feedback and future healthcare requirements.
• Coordinate with the diagnostic centre team for appointment confirmation and home sample collection bookings.
• Maintain daily calling records, customer details and follow\-up reports in Excel or CRM software.
• Handle customer complaints politely and forward unresolved issues to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company calling and privacy policies.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹13,000\.00 per month
