Handle B2B dealer complaints and queries

Provide technical support through video calls

Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow\-ups

Manage customer calls, emails, and chats

Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions

Maintain customer interaction records and ensure dealer satisfaction

• *Requirements:**

Excellent English communication skills (**Mandatory**)

Strong problem\-solving and customer\-handling skills

Ability to handle B2B complaints professionally

Comfortable providing technical support via video calls

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
