Handle patient walk\-ins, calls, and billing at the center
Ensure timely report delivery \& resolve patient queries
Build relationships with referring doctors \& drive repeat business
Promote health packages and follow up for feedback
You Need: Graduate with0\.6mts\-2 yrs experience in customer service/front desk
Excellent communication in Kannada \+ English/Hindi
Empathetic, patient\-friendly attitude
Basic computer/Excel knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
