Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and professional **Customer Support Executive** with excellent English communication skills to join our support team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer queries through **Chat and Emails**, preferably in a **software support environment**.

This role is strictly for **Customer Support Professionals** and is **not related to Desktop Support, System Administration, or Hardware Support**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through **Emails and Chat Support**
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client issues
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain proper communication and follow\-up with customers
  • Assist customers during remote support sessions when required
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective support
  • Maintain support records and communication logs

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (**Speaking \& Writing – 9/10**)
  • Strong email drafting and customer handling abilities
  • Excellent internet and online research skills
  • Experience in customer support via **Chat / Email**
  • Ability to manage professional communication with international clients
  • Good problem\-solving and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in **Software/Application Support**
  • Prior experience handling international customers will be an advantage

Work Expectations

  • Day Shift role
  • Candidate should be flexible to manage approximately **1 hour support on weekends if required**
  • Occasionally available for remote support sessions on a 24x7 basis when needed
  • Compensatory offs will be provided to maintain work\-life balance

  • Relevant experience in Customer Support / Client Handling
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Professional attitude with strong communication etiquette
