As a Customer Service Representative in Supremus Angel, you will play an important role by making calls to prospective customers, providing information about products or services, answering enquiries and securing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Salary: based on experience and performance.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Responsible to handle phone calls to promote products and services.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide timely support and resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments.
  • Gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor with clients.
  • Achieve individual performance targets related to calls and conversions.
  • *Preferred Qualification**
  • Bachelors with good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries.
  • Fluency in English and Gujarati is required, while proficiency in other languages such as Marathi and Kannada is preferred
