CTO/Project Manager

• *Position:** CTO/Project Manager

• *Experience:** 5–7 Years

• *Location:** Mumbai

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead the overall technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap for the FMCG business.
• Own end\-to\-end ERP implementation, from requirement gathering through go\-live and stabilization.
• Act as the single point of contact for technology partners/vendors such as doodleblue.
• Translate business requirements across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory, and Operations into technology solutions.
• Drive project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and vendor deliverables.
• Review and challenge solution architecture, integrations, customizations, and implementation approaches proposed by vendors.
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI, dashboards, and process digitization.
• Ensure technology governance, data security, scalability, system performance, and business continuity.

• *Required Skills:**

• 5\-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in ERP implementation and digital transformation.
• Strong project/program management and vendor management experience.
• Experience working across business functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory, and Operations.
• Strong understanding of technology strategy, solution architecture, integrations, and system implementation.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive technology initiatives from strategy through execution and stabilization.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,600,000\.00 per year
