• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross\-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
• Experience in developing and enhancing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows within SAP environments.
• Ability to optimize code for performance improvements and scalability in complex systems.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern development frameworks.
• Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in SAP applications.
