• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross\-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional \& Technical Skills

Design and implement India GST solutions in SAP S/4HANA

Configure

o GST tax codes and tax procedures

o Input/Output tax determination

o Reverse charge mechanism, TDS, withholding tax

Implement and support

o GST e\-Invoicing and eDocument solutions

o Integration with GST systems (e.g., SAP DCS or third\-party tools like OneSource)

Ensure compliance with

o GST return filing requirements (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, etc.)

o Regulatory reporting and audit requirements

Troubleshoot tax issues related to FI\-SD/MM integration

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
