• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross\-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of agile software development principles and practices.
• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent problem\-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and tools that support agile project management.
