• Lead the planning and execution of application design and configuration activities to meet project requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to align with organizational needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data management and application integration.
• Familiarity with SAP modules and their interaction with master data governance frameworks.
• Excellent problem\-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
