• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
• Coordinate cross\-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning \& Control Discrete Industries.
• Strong understanding of production planning concepts and discrete manufacturing processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Production Planning modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP PP and other modules such as Materials Management and Quality Management.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production planning and control in SAP systems.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning \& Control Discrete Industries.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
