• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.

• Coordinate cross\-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Good to Have: Familiarity with messaging tools like Apache Kafka and frontend concepts (ReactJS, Angular).
• Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Java 17/21 (Advanced concepts, JVM tuning) and Spring Boot.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices\-based applications.
• Hands\-on expertise with Microservices, RESTful APIs, and event\-driven architectures with Hands\-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing applications on AWS.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), Git, Maven, and Linux shell scripting.
• Security: Identity \& Access (OAuth 2\.0, OIDC, JWT, AWS IAM) \& Data Protection (TLS, AWS KMS encryption).
• Knowledge in Multithreading: Java Concurrency API (ExecutorService, CompletableFuture) and Thread Safety (Locks, volatile, ConcurrentHashMap, Atomic types).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and service\-oriented architecture principles.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support lightweight deployments.
• Ability to optimize application performance and ensure high availability in cloud environments.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum Typically (7\+) years of experience developing enterprise\-grade applications, preferably within financial or banking domains with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
