Roles \& Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and code quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross\-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional \& Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.
- Strong understanding of front\-end technologies and frameworks related to Salesforce development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize component performance for enhanced user experience.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration processes.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
