Summary

Lead the architecture and technical strategy for an AI\-powered enterprise platform, driving innovation across machine learning, generative AI, data science, and scalable cloud systems.

Roles \& Responsibilities

Design and evolve AI/ML architectures for classification, recommendation, prediction, and decision\-support systems.

Define model lifecycle strategies including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning.

Architect GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI agents.

Drive experimentation frameworks, confidence scoring, model calibration, and performance optimisation.

Build scalable data and MLOps platforms supporting large\-scale AI workloads and real\-time inference.

Partner with Data Scientists and Engineering teams to translate business problems into production\-grade AI solutions.

Establish technical standards for AI governance, observability, reliability, explainability, and responsible AI practices.

Professional \& Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

Hands\-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, ML platforms, and cloud\-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Experience designing enterprise\-scale AI products and deploying models into production.

Knowledge of RAG, AI agents, vector search, MLOps, and distributed systems architecture.
