Summary

As an Application Lead, you will be a member of Group HR Technology within the Group Operations \& Technology Office (GOTO), which is simplifying and digitizing our HR application landscape along our technology strategy. Together with your colleagues you will be focusing on providing and building Human Resources\-related solutions to provide the best candidate \& employee experience throughout the whole lifecycle.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our internal clients and employees.
• Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment.
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non\-functional requirements.
• Build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
• Continuously up\-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long\-term sustainability in mind.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• High proficiency and technical experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and React.js
• Experience in REST API Design
• Experience in GraphQL Schema DesignExperience with NoSQL Data Modeling (Azure Cosmos NoSQL)
• Experience in Data Streaming (Confluent Kafka)
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud
• Hands\-on experience in Authentication and Authorization (OAuth 2\.0, MSFT EntraID)
• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, Next.js and Apollo GraphQL
• Familiar with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Azure Monitor, API Management, etc)

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based in Pune and 3 days WFO/week is mandatory from Kharadi.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
