• Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• GRC support exposure in a 24x7 Support Environment
• Should be familiar with Mass user creation and Mass role assignment
• Should be familiar with Audit and Assurance, IT Security, Internal Controls, Business or Technology Consulting
• Should have knowledge of Incident and Change Management
• Should be familiar with Financial Processes
• Should be familiar with Risk Management, Regulatory or Compliance
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern programming frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and ensuring seamless communication between different software components.
• Good understanding of system performance optimization and scalability considerations.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Must be comfortable to work in Rotational shifts including night shifts
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
