Professional \& Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proven experience in executive leadership and strategic delivery of LabVantage LIMS engagements

Strong hands\-on expertise in LabVantage LIMS implementation, configuration, and solution design to guide architectural and delivery decisions

Demonstrated capability in defining solution strategy, driving client outcomes, and overseeing delivery governance

Experience in risk management, compliance (GxP), and value realization across LIMS programs

Proven ability to lead cross\-functional managerial and technical teams and drive alignment with long\-term laboratory transformation roadmaps

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
• Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that impact multiple teams and projects.
• Familiarity with integration of laboratory systems and execution platforms within enterprise environments.
