4 Integration knowledge: Need to know the troubleshooting of Integration of SAP SD with other systems like integrations to Adobe Campaign and Genesys for Calls. Knowledge of calling the Integration APIs using SOAP protocol,
5 Supply Chain \& Order Management ,The role requires experience in complex order and delivery processes, external order management integrations, and workflow understanding.
6 Adobe Campaign Classic \& Email Templates – The role involves managing 300 campaign templates, including 180 full HTML emails requiring fixes and enhancements
7 Genesys Application Skill: Genesys notifications/outbound campaigns management.
8 Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications
9 Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes, identify improvement areas and propose solutions.
10 Document requirements and share with technical and non\-technical stakeholders
11 Collaborate with IT development teams so that the technology solutions meet the documented requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
12 Collaborate with other departments, Business Functions to confirm that the solutions are integrated with existing systems and processes from end\-to\-end perspective.
13 Conduct user acceptance testing to confirm the delivered solutions meet business requirements and are user\-friendly.
14 Explain technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT.
15 Provide training and support to end\-users for new processes and systems
16 Continuously monitor and assess the performance of solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
17 Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders and end\-users to confirm the technology solutions are being used effectively and efficiently.
18 Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and technology solutions.
19 Provide guidance on future roadmap for Customer Service, Field Service Areas
