Role Summary

Owns requirements elicitation and solution validation for Power Platform builds, translating business needs into clear, developer\-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.

Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions.

Maintain and groom the product backlog prioritize items in collaboration with the Team Lead/Architect.

Map data and integration requirements across Dataverse entities, custom connectors, and Azure Functions.

Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and review ceremonies.

Validate delivered functionality against business intent prior to UAT handoff.

Support UAT coordination, including test scenario review and sign\-off tracking.

Required Skills \& Experience

Strong Business Analyst, with exposure to Power Platform or low\-code enterprise applications.

Working knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas \& Model\-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse data modeling concepts.

Familiarity with integration concepts such as custom connectors and Azure Functions.

Strong skills in requirements documentation, user story writing, and backlog management (Azure DevOps/Jira).

Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Agile/Scrum delivery experience preferred.
