Job Summary

We are looking for a **Customer Acquisition Executive** who will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and expanding Arch Enterprises' customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to convert prospects into long\-term customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition \& Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential B2B customers through market research, cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and other sources.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and build a strong customer pipeline.
  • Connect with decision\-makers such as Purchase Managers, Plant Heads, Maintenance Heads, Project Engineers, and Business Owners.
  • Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable products and solutions.
  • Schedule customer meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
  • Maintain customer information, interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Ensure timely communication and excellent customer experience.

Sales Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical discussions, and order processing.
  • Track sales opportunities and support conversion from enquiry to order.
  • Maintain regular reports on customer acquisition activities and pipeline status.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Acquisition, Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in industrial sales or technical products will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
