Customer Care Co-ordinator

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails and enquiries.
• Attend to customer complaints and service requests.
• Coordinate with the Service Engineers for customer visits and service schedules.
• Follow up on pending customer complaints until closure.
• Maintain customer complaint and service request records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Spares, Service and Dispatch departments.
• Provide customers with updates regarding service status and spare parts availability.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly customer service reports.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction records.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Coordinate warranty\-related queries and service documentation.
• Escalate critical customer complaints to the Service Manager.
• Maintain proper records of customer communications and service reports.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to obtain feedback.

Pay: ₹13,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
