Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information regarding travel packages, bookings, and company services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements
