- *Qualification:** Diploma in Electrical \& Electronics Engineering
- *Experience:** 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
- *Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and customer\-oriented **Customer Care Executive** with a Diploma in Electrical \& Electronics Engineering to provide first\-level technical support and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering prompt solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Register, track, and resolve customer complaints within the defined turnaround time.
- Provide first\-level technical troubleshooting and guidance related to electrical and electronic products.
- Coordinate with the Service, Technical, and Sales teams for timely issue resolution.
- Update customer interactions and complaint status in the ERP/CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned department whenever required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to customer complaints and resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing courteous and effective support.
- *Educational Qualification**
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- *Required Skills**
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, ERP/CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- *Preferred Candidate Profile**
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Technical Support, or Service Coordination.
- Experience in the Solar, UPS, Inverter, Power Backup, or Electrical Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
