  • *Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and customer\-oriented **Customer Care Executive** with a Diploma in Electrical \& Electronics Engineering to provide first\-level technical support and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering prompt solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Register, track, and resolve customer complaints within the defined turnaround time.
  • Provide first\-level technical troubleshooting and guidance related to electrical and electronic products.
  • Coordinate with the Service, Technical, and Sales teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Update customer interactions and complaint status in the ERP/CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned department whenever required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to customer complaints and resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing courteous and effective support.
  • *Educational Qualification**
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, ERP/CRM).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • *Preferred Candidate Profile**
  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Technical Support, or Service Coordination.
  • Experience in the Solar, UPS, Inverter, Power Backup, or Electrical Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
