Job Description
- *About the Role**
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused **Customer Service Executives** to join our growing e\-commerce gifting service platform. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, ensuring a smooth shopping experience, and providing timely support through various communication channels.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with order tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and delivery\-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Accurately update customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.
- *Requirements**
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
- Strong customer service orientation and **problem\-solving skills**.
- *Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis*, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- ***Availability to work on public holidays*** as per business requirements.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (preferred).
