Job Description
Cogent is looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused Customer Care Executives for its Voice Process team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The role involves handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Requirements
12th Pass or above.
0–3 years of experience in customer service/BPO (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem\-solving abilities.
