Customer Care Executive - Hindi/Telugu/Kannada(In Person - Tirupur, TN )

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email in **Hindi or Telugu or Kannada**, along with Tamil \& English.
• Assist customers with charging station usage, payments, and app\-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service quality.
• Excellent Communication Skills Required. (Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills can also apply)
• Language Requirements (Strict)
