Customer Care Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle domestic customer calls, explain products or services, and generate leads through effective communication.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to domestic customers.
• Explain company products and services to potential customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Build good customer relationships through professional communication.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
• Target\-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualification: Any degree or 12th pass.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: As per company norms.

Note: Domestic calling experience is an added advantage.
