We are looking for energetic and customer\-focused **Telecallers and Customer Care Executives** to join our dynamic team and help us enhance customer satisfaction and sales support.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and assist with orders.
• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat related to product inquiries, orders, payments, returns, etc.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.

• *Requirements:**

• 10\+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role (Freshers may apply).
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage, CRM tools).
• Friendly, patient, and persuasive personality.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
