The monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹22,000. The primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer support for banking products and services. You will manage inbound communications via phone, email, and chat, addressing account-related questions, balance inquiries, transaction details, and service requests. Providing accurate information on bank policies and products is essential, as is professionally resolving customer complaints. Complex issues must be identified and escalated to the appropriate departments for resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to banking protocols.
