Skills/ Criteria

1\. Excellent communication skills verbal \& written

2\. Experience in customer services

3\. Domestic \& International BPO Experience will be added advantage

4\. Should work for blended process (voice. chat \& emails)

5\. Ready for rotational shifts.

6\. Should be an immediate joiner or within 15days.
