Job Summary

We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to handle customer queries, provide timely support, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic knowledge of documentation and coordination activities. Experience in the **solar industry** will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, installation status, and after\-sales support.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and installation teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers regarding project updates, service requests, and pending requirements.
  • Maintain customer records, complaints, feedback, and service reports.
  • Prepare and maintain customer\-related documents and reports.
  • Schedule service visits and coordinate with field teams when required.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the team in daily office coordination and administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech / Engineering background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, coordination, or similar roles preferred.
  • Experience in the **solar / renewable energy industry is an added advantage**.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil will be an advantage).
  • Good customer handling and problem\-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage follow\-ups effectively.
