Job Summary
We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to handle customer queries, provide timely support, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic knowledge of documentation and coordination activities. Experience in the **solar industry** will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, installation status, and after\-sales support.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and installation teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding project updates, service requests, and pending requirements.
- Maintain customer records, complaints, feedback, and service reports.
- Prepare and maintain customer\-related documents and reports.
- Schedule service visits and coordinate with field teams when required.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints.
- Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the team in daily office coordination and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech / Engineering background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, coordination, or similar roles preferred.
- Experience in the **solar / renewable energy industry is an added advantage**.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil will be an advantage).
- Good customer handling and problem\-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage follow\-ups effectively.
