About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for both Voice and Chat process to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an excellent customer experience through phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.

- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good problem\-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Qualifications
- Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
