Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer\-focused attitude, and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Process customer orders, returns, replacements, and refund requests.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts) to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel or CRM.
  • Ensure timely response and high customer satisfaction.
  • Share daily work updates with the reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support (Voice \& Chat preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication in **English and Hindi**.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Customer\-oriented with good problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
