Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer\-focused attitude, and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process customer orders, returns, replacements, and refund requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts) to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel or CRM.
- Ensure timely response and high customer satisfaction.
- Share daily work updates with the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support (Voice \& Chat preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication in **English and Hindi**.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer\-oriented with good problem\-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
