Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and professional **Customer Support Executive** with excellent English communication skills to join our support team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer queries through **Chat and Emails**, preferably in a **software support environment**.
This role is strictly for **Customer Support Professionals** and is **not related to Desktop Support, System Administration, or Hardware Support**.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through **Emails and Chat Support**
- Provide timely and professional responses to client issues
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain proper communication and follow\-up with customers
- Assist customers during remote support sessions when required
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective support
- Maintain support records and communication logs
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (**Speaking \& Writing – 9/10**)
- Strong email drafting and customer handling abilities
- Excellent internet and online research skills
- Experience in customer support via **Chat / Email**
- Ability to manage professional communication with international clients
- Good problem\-solving and coordination skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in **Software/Application Support**
- Prior experience handling international customers will be an advantage
Work Expectations
- Day Shift role
- Candidate should be flexible to manage approximately **1 hour support on weekends if required**
- Occasionally available for remote support sessions on a 24x7 basis when needed
- Compensatory offs will be provided to maintain work\-life balance

- Relevant experience in Customer Support / Client Handling
- Graduate in any discipline
