Vutto is a full\-stack, phygital platform transforming the used two\-wheeler market in India. We combine certified online listings with offline retail experience, in\-house refurbishment, warranty support, and end\-to\-end documentation to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience.

  • *ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer\-first mindset.

  • *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.**
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
  • *KEY REQUIREMENT**
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem\-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
  • Active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
