Job Description
We are a growing brand looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist. While you will be working out of our premium showroom, **95% of your role will be digital**—managing our customers via WhatsApp Business, phone calls, and emails.
We are not looking for a standard retail executive; we are looking for a highly efficient digital communicator who can handle multiple chats simultaneously, de\-escalate customer issues, and represent our brand with flawless English and Hindi.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage high volumes of customer inquiries, primarily through WhatsApp Business and phone calls.
- Draft relatable customer messages to comfort them.
- Occasionally assist with walk\-in customers in the showroom if required.
Must\-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2\+ years in Chat \& Voice Customer Support. (Experience with E\-commerce, D2C brands)
- Flawless written and spoken English, and fluent conversational Hindi.
- WordPress and WhatsApp Web experience.
