Position: Telecaller
Responsibilities
\* Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
\* Follow up on customer enquiries and generate leads.
\* Schedule appointments for hearing evaluations.
\* Coordinate with branches and audiologists.
\* Support lead conversion and revenue growth.
Requirements
\* Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
\* Confident telephone communication.
\* Basic computer knowledge.
\* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
