Customer Relations and Sales Executive

• *The role**

We're hiring a Customer Relations \& Sales Executive to be the face of Aura. the person members and prospects interact with from their first walk\-in to their long\-term journey with us. This is a combined role: equal parts relationship\-building and active sales. If you love sports, enjoy people, and want to grow in a fast\-moving fitness business, this is for you.

• *What you'll do**

• Convert walk\-ins, calls, and inquiries into memberships and program sign\-ups
• Build long\-term relationships with members onboarding, check\-ins, retention
• Handle member queries, feedback, and resolutions with care and ownership
• Drive sales targets across memberships, programs, events, and bookings
• Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and report on sales pipeline
• Coordinate with coaching and operations teams to deliver a great member experience

• *What we're looking for**

• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada / Hindi
• A people\-first attitude warmth, patience, and genuine interest in members
• Drive to hit and exceed sales targets
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic Excel, and digital communication
• Interest in sports, fitness, or wellness is a big plus
• Freshers welcome attitude and energy matter more than years on a CV

• On\-site at Aura Sports Arena, KR Puram, Bangalore
• 6\-day week with a **weekday off** (weekends are our busiest days)
• Growth path into senior CR, sales lead, or center management roles

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹37,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
