All India Warehousing Private Limited (AIWPL), a family\-owned concern, has been in business for over 25 years with full\-service warehousing and distribution experience. The company provides a complete range of services related to warehousing, handling, and storage to manufacturers, exporters, clearing agents, transporters, and distributors.
The Customer Relations \& Operations Executive will be the primary point of contact for client\-facing and back\-office operations. The role combines communication skills with administrative precision — handling customer inquiries, managing agreements and onboarding, processing billing through WMS, and maintaining financial records on Tally.
- *Customer Relations: act as first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in\-person; understand client requirements; draft service proposals and quotations; build long\-term client relationships; coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfilment.*
- *Agreement \& Onboarding*: prepare, review, and dispatch client agreements and contracts; manage the onboarding process from documentation to account activation; maintain records of signed agreements and renewals.
- *Billing \& WMS Operations:* process service and rental billing through WMS software; generate invoices, credit/debit notes, and billing reports; resolve billing discrepancies.
- *Accounting \& Financial Filing*: record income, expenses, and liabilities in Tally ERP; maintain books of accounts; assist with GST and TDS filing; generate financial and MIS reports; support audits.
- *General Administration:* maintain digital and physical filing systems, coordinate with internal departments, and handle ad\-hoc admin tasks as assigned.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000\.00 per month
