We are looking for a motivated and customer\-oriented professional to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This is a multi\-functional role combining customer service, sales coordination, billing, and office administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and invoices, coordinating orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, email, website, and walk\-in customers.
Provide product information, pricing details, and gifting recommendations based on customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, invoices, billing documents, and sales orders accurately.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, approvals, payments, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with Gift Designers and Production Team to ensure timely execution of orders.
Assist corporate clients with bulk gifting requirements and customized gift solutions.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, enquiry logs, and order tracking systems.
Support payment collection and follow up outstanding payments when required.
Manage day\-to\-day office administration and customer coordination activities.
Ensure prompt response to customer messages and maintain high service standards.
Assist management with operational coordination and business support activities.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Administration, Retail, or Office Coordination.
Basic accounting knowledge is required.
Knowledge of quotations, invoicing, billing procedures, and payment tracking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude with excellent customer handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, email, and online communication platforms.
Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Instagram customer communication will be an added advantage.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
