Job Description

ELBA LIVING is looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Social Media Manager to handle social media enquiries and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

The primary responsibility will be to promptly respond to customer enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and phone calls, and ensure that every potential customer is assigned to the appropriate sales team member for further action and follow\-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to messages and enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
• Attend incoming customer calls and handle initial enquiries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales leads.
• Record customer details and enquiries systematically.
• Assign leads to the relevant sales team members for further action.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow\-ups and updates.
• Track enquiries, follow\-ups and lead conversions.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding social media campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer\-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
• Organised, responsible and capable of handling multiple enquiries.
• Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, lead management or social media handling will be an advantage.

A confident and organised individual with a customer\-first attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with a sales team.
