Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Sales Executive

• *Job Summary:**

The CRE / Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales for Wearch Developers’ projects. The role involves handling enquiries, client follow\-ups, site visit coordination, and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries (calls, walk\-ins, digital leads)
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, referrals, and campaigns
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential clients
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers
• Maintain regular follow\-ups to convert leads into sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate data in CRM / sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion
• Provide post\-sales support and customer service

• *Key Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate / sales / telecalling
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer handling and persuasion ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
