Job Description

*Job Descriptions of Customer Relationship Executive\- Sales \& Service:\-**

**Customer Service \& Experience:** Greet customers, address service queries, and provide support throughout the sales or after\-sales process.
**Service Scheduling:** Handle inbound service inquiries, schedule appointments, and perform follow\-up calls for service reminders.
**Feedback \& Retention:** Actively solicit post\-service feedback, handle complaints, and develop strategies to improve customer loyalty.
**Data Management:** Maintain, update, and secure customer records and records of transactions in the company database.
**Internal Coordination:** Work with service or sales departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:**

**Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing customer interactions.
**Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build rapport with clients and foster a welcoming environment.
**Problem\-Solving:** Ability to handle difficult customer situations and provide solutions.
**Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software or customer databases.

*Typical Qualifications:**

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automobile sector.
